Co-pay Assistance Services

The Acrotech Access Support™ co-pay program is designed to assist patients who meet the eligibility criteria with certain co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible expenses (cost share) related to an Acrotech product*:

  • First Date of Service: $0 patient out of pocket. Acrotech Access Support™ will cover 100% of the co-insurance/cost share for the Acrotech product.

  • Subsequent Dates of Service: Patient will be responsible for the first $25 of the co-insurance/cost share for the Acrotech product. STAR will cover the remaining cost share for the Acrotech product at 100%.

This program provides up to $10,000 per calendar year to assist with patient co-pay/co-insurance costs. The patient is responsible for any out of pocket costs above this amount.

*Important Note: Not valid for patients eligible for benefits under Medicaid (including Medicaid managed care), Medicare, TRICARE, Veterans Affairs, FEHBP, or similar state or federal programs.

Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) Reporting: Please report all adverse events suspected to have a causal relationship with Acrotech Biopharma’s Products, using the contact number listed on each product’s package insert. Adverse events not associated with the use of Acrotech’s products, e.g., Disease Progression, or requests for discontinuing drug supply due to patient deaths not associated with the use of Acrotech’s Products, should not be reported as ADRs.

Actual coverage and reimbursement decisions are made by individual payers following the receipt of claims. Healthcare professionals should always verify coverage, coding, and reimbursement guidelines on a payer and patient-specific basis.
